We are meeting with management on Wednesday June 24. Union members have told us they feel things have stalled, that our issues are not resolved, and that we need to be clear on management’s position on the things that matter to us.
Union members are frustrated and it’s fair enough. We need to know exactly where we stand so we can decide, together, what we want to do about it.
- Where things are up to with positions descriptions and how that links to classifications
- What their intention is in relation to enterprise bargaining
- How we can work to make sure members can have an active, organised and positive say in our workplaces and across TBS
