For years members at Sydney Water have been telling us about flexible working arrangements being cancelled, leave approvals being delayed/denied and punishing rosters stopping them from seeing their kids play sport on the weekend.
We will be holding meetings for all members at Sydney Water who are concerned about work-life balance and family-friendly workplaces to discuss these issues and provide an update on your EA at the following times at 1pm on Monday 21 September.
