The only way we can achieve a good Agreement with good conditions and good pay is if we all get involved. Leaving it up to someone else isn’t an option.
As an example: ASU members on the Central Coast recently had a roster dispute. They stood together and let management know that the Enterprise Agreement had to be adhered to and any changes to hours of work must be agreed by employees and in writing. As a result our members are still working their current roster.
