Late last year Mission Providence provided your ASU representatives with their proposals for your new enterprise agreement. 

Here are the reductions proposed by Mission Providence:

  • No pay increase for employees where your wage is higher than the base salary for your classification. Your pay will be frozen until the base rate catches up with you

  • No back pay on the table, despite employees not getting any pay increases since 2014

  • Remove guarantee that wages will always be 1% above the Award minimum

  • Easier for management to remove your access to RDOs

  • Remove parents’ entitlements to flexible work arrangements, leaving it completely up to management discretion

  • Remove your right to flexible start and finish timesRemove other entitlements including home based work, EAP, vaccinations

  • Remove salary continuance insurance

Make sure your workplace is represented. This way, your your bargaining team can prepare for our next meetings with management on 24 and 25 February 2016.
