Late last year Mission Providence provided your ASU representatives with their proposals for your new enterprise agreement.
Here are the reductions proposed by Mission Providence:

No pay increase for employees where your wage is higher than the base salary for your classification. Your pay will be frozen until the base rate catches up with you

No back pay on the table, despite employees not getting any pay increases since 2014

Remove guarantee that wages will always be 1% above the Award minimum

Easier for management to remove your access to RDOs

Remove parents’ entitlements to flexible work arrangements, leaving it completely up to management discretion

Remove your right to flexible start and finish timesRemove other entitlements including home based work, EAP, vaccinations

Remove salary continuance insurance
Make sure your workplace is represented. This way, your your bargaining team can prepare for our next meetings with management on 24 and 25 February 2016.
