Soon our ASU National Office will be writing to Fuji Xerox with a proposed timeframe for bargaining, including when you should receive your ‘notice of representational rights’.
This notice gives techs the option to nominate someone or themselves to represent them in bargaining but as a union member you are automatically represented by our union’s negotiating team.
In the meantime we need to hear from you about what improvements you would like to see in your conditions and what you think is a fair and reasonable pay rise.
