This is our Delegates 101, so if you are a new delegate or have never been to union training before, this is for you!
We will be looking at:
- our union and the central role of delegates
- skills and tips on making the delegate role easier
- strategies to build stronger union at your workplace
We call it a ‘training’ day but it’s much more than that. It’s an opportunity for you to meet delegates just like you who are experiencing the good, the not so good, and the amusing times that come with union building!
