Hunter Water Gets An EBA

Hunter Water Australia has agreed to an Award variation and to negotiate an Enterprise Agreement following management’s negotiations with ASU Depity Secretary Naomi Arrowsmith.

This is a huge success for the 120 workers who have never had an Enterprise Agreement. The Agreement will solidify their working conditions and entitlements, giving them more security and certainty.

This is a great success for the workers at Hunter Water Australia and demonstrates the power of a united front.
