TOLL DNATA: all workers are paid a flat rate for each hour for all work performed

The Australian Services Union (ASU), the union representing Toll Dnata workers believes that because of the agreements covering staff– the agreements that don’t include penalty rates Toll Dnata workers are being underpaid by at least $800 a year– this doesn't include overtime. The ASU is working with Toll Dnata workers to get back their money. If you would like to join the claim for your money you need to follow these  steps:
 

1. Join the Australian Services Union: http://www.asumembers.org.au/downloads/membership_forms/airlines-join.pdf
2. Collect all your Toll Dnata pay slips:  this is to assist with calculating exactly how much you are owed
3. Collect your Toll Dnata rosters: this helps with shift penalties and overtime calculations
