Now the ball is in Sydney Water’s court. We are still in negotiations which are progressing positively but as yet WE DO NOT HAVE AN AGREEMENT. SW has said they will progress to a vote next week, should they continue to push this WITHOUT AGREEMENT, the ASU will proceed immediately to exercise our option to take legal and protected industrial action and will encourage all members to VOTE NO.
Yours in Union,
