In breaking news…...

Yesterday Sydney Ferries released the most up to date draft of the new Senior and Salaried 2009 Agreement.

Notes in red in the agreement reflect today’s discussions.

The outcomes of today’s meeting:
 Cost a pay increase over 2.5% - SF to provide a letter with position by the end of the week
 Payment of minimum amount when you show up to work and are not required – In new draft
 Leave loading – In new draft
 Overtime for over 8 hours as paid to some staff currently –are providing a position in writing by the end of next week
 Notice periods – have changed notice we have to give to two weeks, maintaining their position of the notice they have to give us to four weeks.
 Single time overtime for some staff –in new draft
 Crib break clause – in new draft
