Have a Say on Your Pay and Conditions  

RailCorp have refused to put a decent deal on the table in negotiations for your new Enterprise Agreement. They are still demanding that you give up conditions in order to get a fair pay rise.

The Combined Rail Unions have applied to Fair Work Australia for a protected action ballot. A yes vote on this ballot is a vote to support your right to take industrial action should you choose to.

The new Fair Work laws mean that only union members can vote in this ballot.

This means that to have a real say in what your pay rise and conditions will be you must be a union member.

You must join by the end of the week to be eligible to vote.
