Negotiators reach in-principle agreement for 2009/2010 Pay rise

As members may be aware, negotiations for the EBA re-commenced on 30 March. Your ASU team attended and continued to strongly put members claim to management. During negotiations it became clear that the outstanding matters were going to require significant ongoing discussion and that further investigation into the organisations financial records and classification of employees was necessary.
