A campaign by ASU members and staff employed by Relationships Australia to negotiate a new Enterprise Agreement. With more than 7 years since the last completed agreement members are working together to ensure they get the agreement that they want.

GREAT NEWS! Your Union and RA management last week came to an agreement to provide an interim 3% pay rise backdated to 1 July 2010. All staff should have seen the joint statement in the “The Rap”.

RA has once again said that they intend to return to the bargaining table. Your union will recommence
negotiations towards achieving an Enterprise Agreement with Relationships Australia in mid October.
The preliminary meeting is to be held on Thursday 13 October at North Ryde offices.

Relationships Australia Enterprise Bargaining
In a long EBA campaign, RA union members and bargaining delegates have worked together since 2009 to negotiate improved pay and conditions in a new Enterprise Agreement. In a show of collective strength and commitment to getting the pay and conditions they deserve staff rejected a draft Agreement put to the vote in early 2010.
