If NCR technicians want a better collective agreement in 2009, all technicians will need to work together to put pressure on the company. In negotiations for the new agreement, NCR are currently offering a 2.5% payrise for 2009 followed by up to 3% in following years based on performance. NCR are also seeking changes to arrangements to start of day that will require engineers to work for free and to make changes to arrangements for vehicle allowances to restrict the choice of vehicles for engineers. |

Bargaining at NCR for a new collective agreement is about to start. The ASU survey of customer engineers is your chance to have your say about the agreement. Make sure you complete the survey and return it to the ASU so that your views are included in developing our claim. The bulletin from our national office has more information about the survey. |
