Mission Employment Services Campaign

Mission Australia Employment Services workers are in the process of negotiating a new Enterprise Agreement. The bargaining process has started but there is a long way to go. Dear Fiona,
GOOD FAITH BARGAINING: BAD FAITH

Capricious Behaviour?
On November 25 Mission Australia’s management representatives emailed your bargaining agents (including the ASU) to advise us that they had determined that face-to-face negotiations for your enterprise agreement set for December 10 and 11 would be cancelled and instead held by teleconference. When we talk about Union being the voice of members that certainly does not mean we believe that management should take that literally and not sit at the table with us as we fight for the pay and conditions of all!
