ASU Delegates are back to the bargaining table via teleconference with Canon management on Thursday 18 February 2010.

What have we got so far?

We have a draft of the agreement which Canon have produced and a number of the conditions that have been negotiated are included. There are a number of changes which need to be made to the draft and this will be discussed on the teleconference.

What do we still need?

We need an agreement which reflects all of the negotiations to date. We need an agreement that includes protections in the event of transmission of business. We need an agreement that provides real wage increases for the life of the agreement.

Where are we at now?

You need to be sure that you contact your Delegate or NCC Rep listed at the end of this bulletin and let them know how strongly you feel about getting this agreement finalised, getting a real wage increase and about getting protection in the event of transmission of business.
