What did the ASU put to Canon?

The ASU advised Canon that our members' views were very strong and that choice in the event of transmission of business was a fundamental issue. We received Canon's response to our half way proposal to instead of choice, have entitlements protected in the event of a transmission. Canon said no.

We informed Canon that they should either improve the offer or put the agreement out to vote.
