Challenge Disability Services Collective Agreement

Challenge Disability Services have been holding regular discussions to update the Collective Agreement that covers all staff and employees.

The ASU is providing advice to members about the conditions in the Agreement and how they compare to the Industry Standard – the NAPSA (Notional Agreement Preserving the State [SACS] Award).

Get a Strong and United Voice

The Draft Agreement is being presented to the SCC on 5 June and you need to get ready to bargain.  Challenge employees need a strong, independent and informed voice to get an Agreement that is fair and equitable.  Your employer is organised and well resourced – you need to be as well!

Challenge Workers – are you being ripped off?
