Redundancy Claim is Legal says Lawyers

At the last meeting with Canon the company alleged that the ASU Claim on redundancy was not legal under the Fair Work Act.
The ASU and NCC have now obtained legal advice from specialist industrial lawyers Slater and Gordon.
