After two meetings in which the Unions made submissions regarding the Combined Unions Log of Claims and ARTC said very little, they have finally come back with a position.

In summary they have declined virtually everything members were looking for in the new agreement even those things that are cost neutral or were just a question of clarity. They say this is their first and final offer.

They have only agreed to clarify long service leave entitlements and increasing on-call allowances

Aside from those concessions they have said that they will only roll over the agreement and you have to like it or lump it.
